Now you've learned a little about why citations are important and how each style approaches citations differently. One important takeaway is that you shouldn't feel obligated to memorize how to cite each particular source; the goal is to know how to use handbooks and writer's references to cite your sources in the correct format.

For this practice quiz:

Using the Writing Center handbooks provided, go through and find the correct way to write a full citation of each source type. An example is provided below.

Take a look at the question below. 

Question 1: How would one cite a book with one author in APA style format? Use the Writing Center APA handbook to help you and choose from the citations below.

Once you have read the question, click on the Writing Center handbook provided and go to the Table of Contents. You can click on the relevant content link to take you directly to the appropriate page.
