Week 1: How many more math classes do you need?

This is an extremely important survey. Not a single one of you are coming from an even playing field when it comes to learning mathematics.  The only exception is if you know a classmate that has all the same math teachers as you for the past several years!  All of you are coming into this course with a different mathematical background. Also, most of you are taking different classes for the following semester, at different times, with different teachers. You all have different goals on how you want to start your career.

Answer this survey truthfully and you will get an honest response from me.  My response is to guide you from a growth-mindset standpoint to help you achieve your educational goals.
